Previously CEO of Eating Disorders Victoria, she has worked at Jesuit Social Services, Merri Health, and lectured at La Trobe University.

She brings extensive expertise in operations, policy research, housing development, sector best practices, VCAT, and legislative matters, along with contributions to sector training and education. Lisa’s experience and leadership have made her a respected voice in the community housing sector.
