A strategic planner with 25 years’ experience, Cazz Redding was a sessional member of Planning Panels Victoria for 15 years, a planning lecturer at RMIT for 20 years, and was made a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia in 2018.
She is a leader in her field, having contributed to the drafting the Victoria Planning Provisions and numerous council planning schemes. She enjoys working on complex planning projects, and finding simple, practical solutions to planning challenges.
Cazz is an innovator and always on the lookout for better ways of doing things to deliver high quality outcomes for communities. She’s a systems thinker and has the rare ability to excel in both the strategic planning space and the detailed delivery mechanisms.
