CHIA Vic is developing an Accessible Design Resource Guide that will support members to navigate the complexities of accessibility legislation, building codes and the NDIS.

The Guide will be a tool to assist CHOs to provide long-term housing that is flexible and upgradable so residents can age in place, in a home that meets their changing needs.

Join CHIA Vic and specialist industry consultants to learn about the difference between LHA & SDA,  discuss accessible design principles in general, and provide input on what information you need in a design guide and how it should be provided.
