This objectives of this workshop are to:

  • Give delegates confidence to deal with goods left behind
  • Understand the law and appreciate a residential rental provider’s responsibilities
  • Differentiate between goods that can be disposed of, prescribed goods and goods of monetary value
  • Learn how to calculate monetary value versus the costs of storage
  • Discuss best practice in unusual situations
  • Discover how to deal with deceased estates
