Join Tessa van Duyn, leading human rights and public law expert and CEO at Moores for this free members’ seminar.

The community housing sector has a strong commitment to ethical and client-focused decision making and to ensuring eviction is the avenue of last resort. There has been increasing attention on what this means in practice and CHIA Vic has developed new tools and training to assist in strengthening the understanding of Charter obligations and to support systematic assessments of competing rights and obligations in decision making processes.

We are holding this seminar to provide sector leaders with an overview of when and how the Charter applies, what that means in practice and the tools and training that have been developed to support member organisations in this area.

When: 9:30am to 11am on 24/10/22

Cost: Free (for CHO staff)

Who should attend: CEOs and senior leaders
