Do you know what’s important in providing quality services in community housing? Community housing organisations provide services to a diverse range of renters, sometimes with complex needs. This course will build your understanding of renters’ needs and expectations and what comprises person-centred practices which result in quality services, high renter satisfaction and better outcomes for renters.

Skye is an experienced practitioner in community housing, public housing, and homelessness services. They have almost 20 years’ experience spanning tenancy management, casework, street outreach, service design, and senior management roles. They are currently completing a PhD exploring the ways that lived/living experience knowledge might contribute to the end of homelessness in Australia.
