In this course you’ll learn about the various reasons and processes for tenancies ending, including when things get complicated! You’ll build your knowledge about what is expected of a community housing provider in managing processes when tenancies end.

- Examine the different reasons and ways that community housing tenancies can end
- Apply standard end of tenancy processes, including undertaking final inspections and dealing with goods left behind
- Manage all end of tenancy processes within relevant Victorian legal frameworks
- Apply solutions to manage complex end of tenancy processes, including where a VCAT process may be involved
