Ian runs Goodhardt Consulting, offering counselling and conflict resolution services and training in a range of topics including mental health, conflict resolution skills, hoarding & squalor and trauma informed practice. He has delivered extensive training to the social housing sector. Ian holds a Masters degrees in Counselling and Conflict resolution and is an accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor.
