FAC Client Incident Management System (CIMS)



Client Incident Management System eLearning module:

DFFH wish to remind organisations with an overview of the CIMS policy to complete the CIMS eLearning module. The module takes 30 minutes to complete and assists in understanding incident reporting responsibilities.
