Ouson are a development company located in Burwood and looking to partner with a CHO for an upcoming mixed-use development at 14-16 Williamson Road, Maribyrnong. The company is open to exploring all options, but as they have extensive experience in supermarket ownership and operation, would look to retain the ground floor for a supermarket and some specialty retail, as well as the first-floor co-working space.

An approved planning permit has been received for this site which allows for a 10-level mixed-use development comprising an NSA in excess of 10,000sqm. The permit comprises of 124 apartments, a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed.

The site is in close proximity to public transport, with tram and bus stops virtually at the front door, and a range of other amenities including Highpoint Shopping Centre which is less than 1km away.
