GASCONY are in the project conceptualisation stage of their multi-level apartment building development at 201 Ballarat Road Footscray. The company is looking for a CHO to partner with in the development, which will comprise approximately 59 apartments. Being in the conceptualisation phase, there is opportunity for the CHO to have some influence in parts of the design.

The site is conveniently located with close proximity to public transport (tram stops on Ballarat Road and Gordon Street are virtually at the doorstep, and West Footscray station is only 1.5km away) and other amenities including Barkly Street shopping precinct (1.5 km away), Highpoint Shopping Centre (2.3km away), and Victoria University Footscray Park Campus and Footscray Hospital both within 1km.
