Approximately 11,000m2 development site has an existing planning permit for the construction of 16 (2 and 3 bedroom) units at the front part of the site. A new planning permit application will be submitted in the coming months for the whole site which may incorporate 35 plus (2 and 3 bedroom) units.


This project could assist in achieving the objective of providing more community housing in the Geelong region. St Albans Park is an established suburb in a central location with all necessary amenities and services.


A new planning permit will need to be issued for the construction of dwellings on the whole site which could take approximately 6 months. Attached is a concept plan for the whole site. Construction of the dwellings will take 18 to 24 months depending on whether the construction is staged and the needs of the final users.
