Are you experienced in tenancy management, the Residential Tenancies Act and are able to consider potential implications at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT)? Do you have a passion for housing and respect the role of community housing organisations?

Grab the opportunity to have a positive impact improving practice of social landlords on Victoria’s housing affordability crisis in this challenging Tenancy and Property role at the Community Housing Industry Association Victoria (CHIA Vic).

In this full-time role, you will play a critical role as an expert on tenancy management and property issues, as well as the lead for a new ‘Social-Landlord’ project for the community housing industry body. You will be working closely with our member organisations, government and other stakeholders to develop policies, and represent the interests of the sector.
