This training will help you as a representative of a community housing organisation to prepare and present effectively to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Learning outcomes
- Understand the role and structure of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal
- Identify the types of tenancy issues that may involve a VCAT process
- Demonstrate how the Human Rights Charter applies when dealing with breaches and disputes
- Apply correct processes to follow when dealing with VCAT
