VCAT Update: Community Housing Sector

On 27 October 2022, we hosted VCAT Deputy President Ian Proctor and Acting Deputy President Lindsay Warren as they presented an overview of current VCAT practices to the Community Housing Sector.

The central message addressed VCAT’s plan to overcome hearing backlogs by introducing new processes and initiatives, concluding with generous Q&A. Response to the session was overwhelming, with nearly 100 members in attendance and considerable positive feedback.

We send our best wishes to DP Proctor, journeying into his new position of Head of Review and Regulation List as we welcome A/DP Warren as the new Head of Residential Tenancies List.
