A big thank you to everyone who completed the CHIA Vic Member survey in September and October. The survey asked for members’ views on CHIA Vic’s advocacy, training, service quality, impact and satisfaction levels.
We had 40 responses from a diverse cohort of community housing staff, including CEOs, directors, managers, team leaders and frontline workers.
We were very pleased to see that the overall satisfaction rate with CHIA Vic was 95% and that 85% of respondents were satisfied with the impact CHIA Vic was having in advocating for a stronger community housing sector.
However, there were areas of our business where respondents felt we could do better. Over 20% of respondents recorded lower levels of satisfaction with training, and this is a key area where CHIA Vic could improve services for members.
We are listening to this feedback and refreshing how we deliver training, with new courses and a new training platform to be launched early in 2024, CHIA Vic Learning. This platform will offer a more diverse range of training options, including lower-cost on-demand courses.
