Williamstown Rental Housing Co-operative Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a wide range of skills, including liaising with Directors and General Members, managing vacated and general maintenance matters within the properties.
The role includes liaising with external service providers to ensure work is completed in a professional and timely manner; maintaining property records and information; and, utilising the Chintaro database to record works and property condition.
Permanent Part Time: 22.5 hours per week (flexible)
