The Northern Geelong Rental Housing Co-operative Ltd (NGRHC) is building 3 two-bedroom units in Geelong (Wadawurrung Country) so that existing members can move to appropriately sized low maintenance housing, freeing up larger homes for new tenants.

This project was funded by Homes Victoria as part of the $5.3 billion Big Housing Build. NGRHC would like to acknowledge the assistance of Homes Victoria in delivering Community Housing to low income Victorians in Regional Victoria via the Regional Round of funding.

The 3 units are expected to be completed by September 2023. Once existing members move to the new units, the process will free up 3 family homes which will be available to eligible applicants via the Victorian Housing Register.
