The Nightingale Model

The six buildings that make up Nightingale Village have each been designed by a different award-winning architect using the social, environmental and financial sustainability principles of the Nightingale model.

Nightingale Village brings together six communities to deliver 186 apartments, as well as precinct scale transport hubs, including more than 500 bike parking spaces.

Nightingale Village is close to the CBD, multiple public transport options, as well as local schools, community groups, and parks.

This development provides high-quality housing in a desirable location that has seen significant property price increases, making it normally well out of reach of social and affordable tenants.
