Teams with greater clarity in their job, who have work delegated to them and who talk openly about performance are more likely to both be happier at work, have higher engagement and actually hit their targets.
Knowing how to create this solid foundation within your team is crucial to the success, and continual growth, of your organisation. The issue is that many leaders, particularly new leaders, underestimate the impact the culture of the team has on achieving results, therefore there is a vicious aim and miss cycle.
Why is this program so impactful?
In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to deeply understand your role as a leader in delivering results, and the ways you can build a performance culture within your team. You’ll gain understanding and clarity around how to use regular feedback to build trust, the importance of your one-on-one / supervision meetings and how and when to delegate some of your responsibilities.
You’ll also be armed with a simple exercise you can lead with your team to develop a set of team norms (or a team charter), to enable greater cohesion and accountability.
Who should attend:
This workshop is suitable for anyone who leads a team, or is aspiring to be in a leadership role.
Duration:
1 x 3 hour interactive online sessions, with comfort breaks. To ensure adequate time for discussion and interaction, this workshop is limited to 12 participants.
To get the most out of the sessions, we recommend joining in a quiet location with access to a computer, microphone and camera.
