Member forum for 10-year roadmap
As part of CHIA Vic’s new Strategic Plan 2022-2027 we are co-designing a 10-year sector-wide roadmap for how to deliver 30,000 new social housing homes and continue to play a central role in a growing and thriving housing system. This will involve significant engagement with the sector to define and lay out what steps need to be taken to achieve our 10-year objective. We will be undertaking this work between March and August 2023, with the aim of finalising the roadmap in September 2023.
To kick off this work CHIA Vic is running a members-only workshop on 7 March to help guide and inform the development of this roadmap .
We will be circulating a draft 10 year vision and proposed program of works along with a number of discussion papers shortly before the workshop that touch on policy areas CHIA Vic sees as crucial to enabling the community housing sector to flourish. We will be seeking your input and discussion on those papers to ensure that the roadmap reflects a shared vision of the future for our sector, and that we have captured the critical issues required to achieve it.
